Financial Advisor – Remote/Hybrid with Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join a growing network of independent advisers within The Openwork Partnership and build your own successful advisory business. You will deliver holistic financial planning advice to clients, helping them achieve long‑term goals while enjoying flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial advice covering investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and develop suitable recommendations.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and grow your own portfolio.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and partnership development.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and deliver excellent outcomes.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven experience providing regulated financial advice.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Client‑centric approach with a passion for positive outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow an advisory business.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
