Food and Beverage Attendant – Bartender/Mixologist

About the role

Join the hospitality team at the historic Pomme d'Or Hotel in St Helier as a Food and Beverage Attendant, focusing on bartending and mixology. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, creating memorable moments through personalized service and innovative cocktails.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Provide attentive service from greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, to processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the bar and service areas.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating magical memories.
• Friendly, caring, team‑oriented, ambitious and hard‑working.
• Good command of English and a qualification in hospitality studies.
