FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape commercial decisions and drive growth. This high‑impact position blends strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting with deep analytical insight in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, building and maintaining robust financial models.
• Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership, including weekly revenue and EBITDA forecasts.
• Own pricing strategy and margin management in partnership with the Finance Director.
• Produce month‑end variance analysis, revenue reconciliation and quarterly board packs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to challenge performance and improve profitability.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and model scenarios for new opportunities.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong analytical background with extensive modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Proven experience in a fast‑moving commercial environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
