FP&A Lead – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Lead to join a fast‑growing renewable energy investor and developer. The role will own financial planning and analysis for solar and storage assets, supporting commercial strategy and working closely with the Head of Department and operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to provide financial insight and support.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for renewable energy projects.
• Report on project performance and variance analysis.
• Prepare and deliver strategic financial presentations to senior executives and operational partners.
• Manage a qualified FP&A Manager and help grow the FP&A team.
• Undertake ad‑hoc project work as required.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
• Proven experience in commercial finance within the energy or related sector.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
