FP&A Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The FP&A Manager will join CMC Markets on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract providing maternity cover. Based in London, you will support a high‑performing finance function by delivering accurate forecasts, budgets and strategic insight to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, collaborating with business heads to ensure commercial alignment.
• Review strategic initiatives, challenge assumptions and produce variance analysis with scenario modelling.
• Produce and continuously improve the monthly management reporting pack, including KPI commentary for the board.
• Analyse revenue, cost and balance‑sheet trends, identifying risks and opportunities for proactive decision‑making.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Commercial and Operations teams as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic decisions and evaluating investments.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, support new tool implementation and promote a data‑driven culture using analytics and BI tools.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in FP&A or commercial finance, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
