FP&A Manager – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

This position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed consumer business operating across multiple UK sites. The FP&A Manager will own the group‑level budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow modelling, providing financial insight that drives commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing re‑forecasting cycles.
• Build and maintain robust cash‑flow forecasting models for the group.
• Produce insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision‑making.
• Partner with operational stakeholders across sites to challenge performance and provide support.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven FP&A experience within a multi‑site business.
• Strong technical modelling skills, especially in cash‑flow forecasting.
• Confident, hands‑on user of Power BI.
• Excellent communicator able to translate numbers into commercial insight for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
