Fractional Finance Director / Financial Controller

About the role
Arlington Resource Management is seeking a senior finance professional to join a fast‑growing £10m multi‑channel ecommerce business on a fractional, part‑time basis. Working closely with the founders, you will provide high‑level commercial and analytical support to drive profitability and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse channel profitability, pricing strategy and stock investment decisions.
- Measure return on ad spend and calculate landed costs.
- Develop cash‑flow models to support scaling initiatives and new channel launches.
- Prepare monthly financial commentary, budgeting and re‑forecasting.
- Design and implement finance systems and reporting frameworks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in ecommerce or consumer‑goods finance.
- Strong commercial insight with a focus on bottom‑line impact.
- Hands‑on ability to build finance processes from the ground up.
