Freelance Project Manager – Brand Design & FMCG Packaging

About the role
FutureBrand is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to lead brand and packaging design projects for global FMCG clients. This three‑month contract starts around 27 July and combines office collaboration in Bishopsgate with remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day delivery of multiple brand and packaging design projects for major global FMCG brands.
- Translate stakeholder objectives into detailed project plans, creative briefs and timelines.
- Plan, cost and oversee stand‑alone projects, coordinating external suppliers and internal teams.
- Control budgets, monitor schedules, and proactively address or escalate risks.
- Provide status reporting, resource updates and licensing tracking to Project Directors.
Required profile
- Proven project‑management experience leading branding projects within a design agency or global business.
- Strong numeracy and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent active listening, assertiveness, clear articulation and organisational skills.
