About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Advisor to join our Belfast team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, courteous and professional assistance through both phone and written channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑contact resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and written communications in both French and English.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering questions politely and accurately.
- Meet and exceed quality, compliance and productivity targets.
- Follow management direction and give constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Strong communication abilities, including attentive listening and clear writing.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Motivation to learn, investigate issues and improve processes.
- High‑speed internet access and suitable remote‑work conditions.
- EU citizenship or a valid UK work permit; willing to relocate to Belfast if not local.
- Pass basic Access NI and credit checks.
