French‑Speaking Bid Writer – Remote

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a French‑speaking Bid Writer to join its remote team. You will work closely with sales managers and subject‑matter experts to develop high‑quality tender responses that showcase the company’s mobility services across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender requirements and clearly communicate them to the bid team.
• Coordinate and manage all tasks required to complete each tender, assigning actions and monitoring deadlines.
• Write clear, compelling, and compliant responses, leveraging existing bid library content.
• Maintain accurate bid documentation and ensure all submission criteria are met.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with excellent written English.
• Ability to provide a quiet, distraction‑free home office environment.
• Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download) with a VOIP‑compatible router.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
