FS/FCA Audit Manager – London (£65‑75k)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, qualified Audit Manager to lead the growth of our Financial Services (FS) division and expand our FCA‑regulated client portfolio. Based in London, you will work closely with partners and senior colleagues to strengthen our market position and drive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the FS division and increase the FCA‑regulated client base.
• Manage audit engagements for private and publicly listed businesses, including fund managers, stockbrokers, and corporate finance boutiques.
• Collaborate with partners and senior staff to deliver high‑quality audit services.
• Oversee project planning, staff allocation, and client relationship management.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Audit Manager or Audit Assistant Manager.
• Specialist knowledge of UK Financial Services and FCA regulations.
• Proven experience in project, staff, and client management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a forward‑thinking approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
