Full Stack Developer

About the role

Join the Industrial Design team at Nothing, a cross‑functional group of designers and creative technologists based in Kings Cross, London. As a Full Stack Developer you will prototype the future of hardware‑software integration, creating new interfaces that blend physical and digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate functional prototypes that define product ecosystem behavior, moving quickly from concept to working experience.
• Partner with designers to develop new interfaces, APIs and hardware integrations (BLE, haptics, sensors).
• Develop internal tools to accelerate the design team’s workflow.
• Own prototype deployment infrastructure, ensuring smooth shipping across the company.
• Research and de‑risk complex features, providing technical expertise for informed decisions.
• Drive technical excellence across the codebase, balancing stability with rapid iteration.

Required profile

• Full‑stack experience with strong front‑end craftsmanship and an eye for design, motion and interaction detail.
• Creative instincts and ability to ideate and invent beyond a fixed PRD.
• Pragmatic approach, delivering realistic experiences quickly.

Required skills

• JavaScript (or Kotlin, Swift, or similar) – deep fluency.
• Experience integrating LLMs into products.
• Hardware integration knowledge (BLE, haptics, sensors).
• Building internal tools and deployment pipelines.
