Join Paul Smith’s flagship sale shop on Avery Row in Mayfair as a Full‑Time Sales Consultant. As a brand ambassador you will create memorable experiences for customers, blending heritage style with modern flair.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow‑up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
• Bring collections and collaborations to life with engaging storytelling.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
• Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
• Use in‑store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
