Fund Accountant – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, qualified Fund Accountant to join our growing London team on a hybrid basis (four days in the office). The role offers responsibility for annual accounts, consolidation, and financial reporting within a real‑estate investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality annual accounts.
• Oversee and review consolidation work and group accounts.
• Support production of management information and financial reporting.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, including conducting appraisals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely outputs.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified accountant.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Previous line‑management experience, including appraisals.
• Proven experience preparing annual accounts and handling consolidations.
• Preferably background in real‑estate investment accounting, either from audit or accountancy.
