General Dentist

About the role

We are seeking a General Dentist to join our Lincoln Dental Practice, part of Rodericks Dental Partners. You will work in a clinically‑led, supportive environment that prioritises patient care and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning and a range of restorative and preventive procedures.
• Utilise the iTero scanner and other digital tools to enhance treatment accuracy and patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical governance standards.
• Collaborate with on‑site therapist, hygienist and Clinical Practice Manager to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in mentorship and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified General Dentist, registered with the General Dental Council.
• Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and career progression.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iTero scanner and digital dentistry workflows.
• Competence in restorative and preventive dental procedures.
