General Manager – Cocktail Club

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Nightcap, The Cocktail Club in London. You will be responsible for delivering best‑in‑class cocktail experiences in an exciting, theatrical environment while driving commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the venue, ensuring high service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team of bar and front‑of‑house staff.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Coordinate events and special promotions.
• Handle supplier relationships, inventory and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hospitality or bar management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting financial targets.
• Passion for cocktails and an understanding of theatrical service concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
