General Manager – Live‑in Opportunity

About the role

As General Manager you will lead a Flaming Grill pub, building a thriving business while developing your team and delivering a warm welcome to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the business development manager to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example, embodying brand standards and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain brand standards, health and safety, and ensure team and customer safety at all times.

Required profile

• High standards and attention to detail in day‑to‑day pub operations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Business‑savvy with a focus on P&L control.
• Ability to hold or obtain a personal licence.

Required skills

• Proven experience managing a hospitality or fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English for safe operation and allergen control.
