Global Finance Lead - Revenue Focus

About the role

The leading international law firm is seeking a Global Finance Lead to own the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle across its worldwide partnership. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will drive commercial performance, optimise cash collection and embed financial discipline across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global revenue cycle, ensuring consistent processes, governance and controls.
• Design and execute billing and collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce lock‑up.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance matter profitability and revenue realisation.
• Provide insightful reporting and KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
• Strengthen risk management, compliance and credit control processes.
• Optimise systems, data and technology to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Lead and develop an international finance team, embedding best practice and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred).
• Significant leadership experience in revenue control or finance within a global, partnership‑led professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of partner‑led business models, billing structures and client dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural change.
• Experience managing international teams across multiple jurisdictions.
