Global Process Owner – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

The Global Process Owner – Record to Report (R2R) will lead the strategic evolution of our client’s worldwide finance processes. This senior position combines strategic vision with hands‑on transformation, ensuring the end‑to‑end R2R landscape is efficient, governed and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the global R2R and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process landscape.
• Drive standardisation, governance and continuous‑improvement initiatives across all finance functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as close performance, DPO and process effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT and Compliance to support operational excellence and transformation.
• Lead finance process change, automation and system enhancements, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tipalti and close/reconciliation tools.
• Ensure strong controls, risk management and best‑practice adoption globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global R2R processes in complex, international organisations.
• Deep understanding of finance operations, controls, governance and transformation.
• Successful track record delivering process‑improvement and standardisation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership influence.
• Degree qualified; ACCA, CIMA or similar preferred; Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous.
