Graduate HR role in Supply Chain – FMCG

About the role

Join Premier Foods' Human Resources Supply Chain Graduate Scheme and develop into a future HR leader within a fast‑moving FMCG environment. You will start with a corporate induction and then rotate through two nine‑month placements at our Carlton bakery site in Barnsley or our Ashford grocery site, gaining hands‑on HR generalist experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership to deliver practical HR advice.
• Support managers in employee relations, performance management and wellbeing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with employee representatives and trade unions.
• Drive colleague engagement programmes and deliver training for people leaders.
• Contribute to change projects and use data insights to influence HR decisions.

Required profile

• HR degree or Masters in HR (or working towards one).
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Permanent right to work in the UK with no visa restrictions.
• Willingness to relocate and travel between UK sites.
