About the role

Join Tradewind Recruitment’s award‑winning IMPACT Academy as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and start a fast‑paced career in education recruitment. You will receive hands‑on training, live coaching and mentorship while working on real client and candidate assignments from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and support candidates for temporary and permanent education roles.
• Write professional CV profiles and market candidates to schools and clients.
• Collaborate with experienced sales consultants to increase placements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams and client schools.
• Achieve KPIs with full managerial support and earn commission throughout training.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong drive to succeed in a sales‑focused environment.
• Ambitious, motivated by targets and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Holder of a UK driving licence or a test booked.
