Graduate Surveyor – Subsidence Claims

About the role
We are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join our subsidence claims team. You will support the assessment and resolution of domestic and commercial properties affected by ground movement, working closely with insurers and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out technical site inspections to identify structural damage caused by subsidence.
- Diagnose the cause of subsidence and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Manage a personal portfolio of claims, ensuring timely progress against service level agreements.
- Prepare detailed reports and enter data into the claims management system.
- Liaise with policyholders, loss adjusters, local authorities, contractors and insurers to achieve fair settlements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the UK, providing support to other regions as required.
Required profile
- Degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and organisational ability.
