Ground Maintenance Operative – Mobile Sites

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Ground Maintenance Operative to join our mobile team, servicing a variety of sites across North London and the South East. The role involves maintaining outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, tidy and presentable for clients and visitors. You will travel between locations each day, carrying out routine ground‑care tasks while representing the company professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine ground care tasks such as mowing, edging, litter picking and minor landscaping.
- Travel between multiple client locations using a company vehicle.
- Report any hazards, damages or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar ground‑maintenance or landscaping role (experience preferred but not essential).
- PA1/PA6 certification desirable.
- Physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Punctual, enthusiastic and hard‑working.
