Group Commercial Director – Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

The Group Commercial Director will report directly to the Founder & Managing Director of a fast‑growing international luxury fashion, lifestyle and hospitality group. Based in London, you will shape and execute a multi‑channel commercial strategy that drives revenue, supports international expansion and builds a scalable commercial platform across several brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the group’s overall commercial strategy.
• Lead international wholesale growth and manage key account relationships.
• Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships in luxury retail, hospitality and lifestyle.
• Support ecommerce and omnichannel performance, driving sales across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Design private‑client and VIP sales programmes.
• Evaluate new market and retail expansion opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
• Provide commercial leadership and mentorship across the organisation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in luxury fashion, lifestyle, retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth in international businesses.
• Strong wholesale and business‑development expertise.
• Experience creating and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a founder‑led environment.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen.
