Head of Brand – Global Wellness Brand (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Brand to lead the brand strategy for a fast‑growing global wellness company. This senior, remote‑first role will own the brand experience across digital, retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long‑term brand strategy aligned with commercial goals.
• Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and value proposition.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, e‑commerce, email, retail and other marketing channels.
• Create campaign strategies that build emotional connections while meeting commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, user‑generated content (UGC) strategy, affiliate marketing and social commerce.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator and influencer relationships.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical abilities to optimise campaigns using data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in e‑commerce, consumer goods, beauty, health, wellness or FMCG is highly desirable.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
