Head of Ecommerce

About the role

VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, is looking for a Head of Ecommerce to drive the growth of its online channel. You will own the trading performance, conversion optimisation, SEO and team development, turning a high‑potential but under‑developed channel into a scalable sales engine.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day eCommerce trading performance.
• Improve core fundamentals such as conversion rates, merchandising, content quality, SEO, basket value and repeat purchase.
• Lead and develop the eCommerce team, setting clear targets and fostering a growth mindset.
• Transform the eCommerce channel from a weak contributor into a commercially disciplined sales driver.
• Collaborate with retail and product teams to align online and offline strategies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on growth mindset with a focus on measurable trading results.
• Ability to take full ownership of online performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience in building and developing eCommerce teams.
