Head of Finance – Fast‑Growing Hospitality Brand

About the role

Equifind Group is recruiting a Head of Finance for a fast‑growing hospitality brand based in London. The role leads the entire finance function, delivering management accounts, board reporting and cash‑flow management while acting as a commercial partner across operations, supply chain, marketing and technology. It offers a clear pathway to Finance Director as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and month‑end close
• Own budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
• Produce board packs and lead performance reviews with senior stakeholders
• Develop KPIs across production, fulfilment, customer acquisition and profitability
• Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital
• Oversee VAT, PAYE, audit and statutory compliance
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology teams
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team
• Drive finance system improvements through automation and AI

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience as Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager
• Background in hospitality, food production or manufacturing
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence beyond numbers
• Hands‑on, collaborative and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Confident presenting to senior leadership
