About the role

Colossyan’s marketing function is still being built, offering a unique chance to define the growth strategy from scratch. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end growth engine, balancing paid acquisition with organic channels while shaping product positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve pipeline targets for both self‑serve and enterprise segments.
• Run paid acquisition campaigns on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, managing CAC.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and AI‑driven search visibility.
• Optimize conversion across the funnel and coordinate hand‑off between self‑serve and sales teams.
• Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, launches and sales messaging.
• Manage the current three‑person growth team and recruit additional talent.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience driving pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience running paid acquisition accounts and trusting your own judgment over agencies.
• Strong perspective on organic growth and the impact of AI‑enhanced search.
• Proven ability to manage 2‑4 direct reports, including less‑glamorous tasks.
• Comfortable navigating both self‑serve funnels and enterprise sales cycles.
• Track record of reporting performance metrics proactively.
