About the role
The Home Administrator provides a warm, welcoming service and supports the Home Manager to ensure the care home meets high standards and delivers excellent care for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support including Residents Personal Allowance Management, diary management, minute taking, photocopying, filing and record keeping.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, professionals and colleagues via phone, face‑to‑face and written communication.
- Maintain resident records and archiving in line with GDPR and company policy.
- Process and send invoices to head office promptly.
- Assist the HR department with operational activities.
Required profile
- Ability to support the Home Manager and liaise with head office.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for record keeping and invoicing.
