About the role
We are seeking experienced Housing Officers to join our team in London on an immediate start basis. The role involves supporting vulnerable tenants across a range of services, including homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, neighbourhood housing and repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and manage complex housing cases.
- Deliver a high, friendly standard of service to all clients.
- Visit client sites to provide support and conduct assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external multi‑agency partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in homelessness prevention, tenancy sustainment, neighbourhood housing and repairs.
- Ability to handle complex casework and multi‑agency coordination.
