HR Advisor – 3 days/week, 6‑week temporary role in Falmouth

About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a client’s team in Falmouth on a 6‑week temporary assignment, working three days per week. This part‑time role offers the chance to provide practical, commercial HR advice while handling a variety of employee‑relations matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee‑relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice.
- Provide day‑to‑day generalist HR support, coaching managers and advising on policies and procedures.
- Support the wider HR function as needed, contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Generalist.
- Ability to work autonomously and quickly build credibility with managers.
- Strong commercial mindset and confidence delivering practical advice.
- Immediate availability for start.
