HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing outsourced HR consultancy. You will work on a hybrid basis, supporting a portfolio of clients with tailored HR solutions and building trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business owners or in‑house HR teams to provide outsourced HR support.
• Offer advice on employee issues, lead HR projects and manage employee‑relations casework.
• Design and deliver customised management training workshops.
• Provide restructuring, redundancy, TUPE and disciplinary/grievance support.
• Assist with recruitment and employee‑benefit reviews.
• Maintain a client portfolio, adapting focus as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong employee‑relations background, including restructures, redundancies, TUPE and grievance handling.
• Proven experience designing and delivering management development programmes.
• Generalist HR expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑driven, agile thinker able to switch client focus when needed.
