HR Employee Relations Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Advisor to join a growing client in Epsom. You will provide advice and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied fairly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
• Ensure policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
• Manage employee relations casework in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update ER policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an HR or Employee Relations role.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information.
