HR & Talent Professionals for AI Training (London)

About the role

Prolific is seeking experienced HR and talent acquisition professionals to join its Expert Network and help train cutting‑edge AI models. You will work on real‑world HR scenarios, providing feedback and annotations that improve AI performance in areas such as job description generation, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and grade AI‑generated HR content, including job descriptions and compensation data.
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios (e.g., performance reviews, benefits enrollment, investigations).
• Annotate and label data for use cases such as offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Audit AI responses for compliance with HRIS systems and labour laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR‑focused AI applications.

Required profile

• Professional experience in HR or talent acquisition at a mid‑to‑large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consultancy.
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, employee relations, L&D, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant HR certification is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with ATS tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for workforce analytics.
• Use of collaboration tools such as Notion or Jira.
