Human Capital Operations Generalist (UK & Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Capital Operations Generalist to support our UK & Ireland workforce of roughly 700 employees. Based primarily in our London office (60% onsite) you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR administration and act as a first‑line advisor for employee matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract preparation and exit interviews.
• Provide guidance and administrative support for life events such as parental leave, secondments, and leaves of absence.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers, handle payroll queries and cover payroll processing when needed.
• Manage employee relations tasks such as flexible‑working requests, health‑and‑wellbeing referrals, occupational‑health coordination and basic case administration.
• Process cross‑border registrations (A1 forms) in partnership with the Global Mobility team to comply with EU posted‑worker legislation.
• Lead the UK contractor onboarding process and work closely with the contract management team.
• Maintain accurate HR trackers, process documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal HR functions including Talent Management, Recruitment and Global Mobility, and conduct client background checks as required.

Required profile

• Experience managing HR operations for a large employee base in the UK and Ireland.
• Solid understanding of UK & Ireland employment legislation and payroll fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement of HR processes.
