IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an IFA Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator to join a respected independent financial planning practice in Wokingham. The role offers a supportive, collaborative environment where you will work closely with financial planners throughout the client journey, developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards paraplanner or chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to financial planners.
• Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and reports.
• Process new business for pensions, investments and protection products.
• Manage annual review administration and ongoing client servicing.
• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure efficient case progression.
• Maintain accurate client records and back‑office systems.
• Assist with increasingly technical administrative tasks and develop report‑writing skills.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IFA or wealth‑planning administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases.
• Commitment to professional development and progression towards paraplanner or chartered status.
