In-House Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an In-House Lettings Manager to join a well‑established retail property company. You will be responsible for driving occupancy across a varied portfolio of shopping‑centre units, handling enquiries, and nurturing tenant relationships to maximise income and asset performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property listings on major portals such as Zoopla and Rightmove.
• Respond to lettings enquiries and support the full leasing process.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Assist with the marketing of vacant commercial units.
• Liaise with existing tenants, prospective occupiers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all listings remain accurate, engaging and up‑to‑date.
• Provide support for sales‑related property activities when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Agent, Lettings Consultant, Lettings Coordinator, Estate Agent or similar role.
• Background in lettings or estate agency environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with clear, confident communication.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple properties and priorities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Zoopla.
• Working knowledge of Rightmove.
