Independent Financial Adviser

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, self‑employed Financial Adviser to join a growing partnership with a strong client base across London and the Home Counties. You will operate within a supportive infrastructure that handles administration, paraplanning and compliance, allowing you to focus on delivering holistic advice and growing your business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an established client bank of approximately £22 million in assets under management, generating recurring income.
• Provide whole‑of‑market financial advice covering pensions, investments, protection and tax planning.
• Develop new business through a mix of company‑generated leads, referrals and self‑sourced clients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated central team of paraplanners and administrators to maintain high‑quality client service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, supported by the head‑office compliance team.

Required profile

• Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser, Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering ethical, holistic financial advice.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to expand a personal book of business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset seeking autonomy while benefiting from central support.
