Independent Financial Adviser – Up to £60,000 basic

About the role

We are an established independent financial advisory firm in North West London looking for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser. You will deliver holistic financial planning across mortgages, protection, investments, retirement, wills and inheritance tax, helping clients achieve long‑term financial security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, whole‑of‑market financial advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Advise on mortgages, protection products, investment portfolios, retirement solutions, and estate planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and support a positive culture.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualification in financial advice.
• Proven experience delivering holistic financial advice.
• Client‑focused, ethical approach with strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a supportive environment.
