Installation Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Installation Support Engineer to join our technical team in Leeds. The role provides expert advice to installers of access control and automation systems, helping with product selection, commissioning and fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Support installers with technical and installation queries
• Assist with commissioning and product configuration
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Advise on replacement parts and compatible products

Required profile

• Experience in an office‑based technical support role
• Familiarity with gate automation, access control, automatic doors, roller shutters, barriers and similar electro‑mechanical products
• Confident communication with engineers and ability to understand installation challenges
