Integrated Midweight Designer – Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are looking for an Integrated Midweight Designer to join our Brand Creative team in London. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in the office, and involves creating compelling campaigns across digital, print, packaging and in‑store experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Developing campaign concepts and key visuals
• Designing across digital, print, packaging, POS and OOH
• Creating engaging content for social, web, email and app
• Bringing ideas to life through motion design and animation
• Supporting and contributing to photo and video shoots
• Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, agencies and creatives to deliver integrated campaigns

Required profile

• 4+ years' experience in a design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
• Digital‑first mindset with a passion for motion and social content
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• Collaborative team player who loves creative problem‑solving
