Interdealer Broker – Index, Single Stock & Exotic Options

About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing interdealer broker seeking experienced equity‑derivatives brokers to join its expanding franchise. The position focuses on trading and brokering index options, single‑stock options, and exotic options across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and execute equity‑derivatives transactions for institutional clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties across index, single‑stock and exotic option products.
- Build and manage a proprietary franchise, identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing infrastructure and expand market coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of broking experience in equity derivatives.
- Junior candidates should have an established line of business to grow.
- Senior candidates will have full latitude to shape and own the franchise.
