Interim Finance Business Partner – Hospitality (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑growing hospitality and entertainment group on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to senior hospitality leadership, you will provide commercial insight, drive profitability and support strategic growth initiatives across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hospitality leaders to influence commercial decisions and improve financial performance.
• Produce detailed analysis of revenue, F&B profitability, operational efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Assess the commercial impact of new projects and initiatives, delivering rapid, data‑driven insights.
• Champion best practices in commercial finance and business partnering throughout the hospitality function.
• Support strategic transformation projects, wider commercial finance activities and process improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with solid post‑qualification commercial finance experience.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or other consumer‑facing businesses.
• Proven track record of finance business partnering with senior commercial stakeholders.
• Experience working in PE‑backed, high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision‑making through insight.

• PowerPoint for presenting analysis.
• Data analysis tools.
• AI or modelling platforms such as Claude or TM1.
