Interim Order to Cash Specialist

About the role

This interim position supports a large‑scale ERP transformation for a national business in Manchester. As the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) Process Owner you will ensure the end‑to‑end OTC lifecycle is designed, optimised and migrated into the new NetSuite platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the business Process Owner for the full OTC lifecycle throughout the ERP implementation.
• Review, map and optimise current OTC processes, identifying standardisation opportunities.
• Capture and validate process requirements with business users and project stakeholders.
• Support migration from the legacy ERP system to NetSuite, ensuring accurate process representation.
• Collaborate with the implementation partner, internal project team and Data Lead during design, build and testing phases.
• Facilitate workshops across Finance, Operations, Customer Services, Commercial and IT teams.
• Identify process gaps, risks and dependencies and propose practical solutions.
• Assist with system testing, UAT, change management, documentation and user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or transformation programmes.
• Extensive background owning or leading end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of order management, pricing, invoicing, billing, cash allocation, collections and dispute resolution.
• Previous exposure to NetSuite implementations is highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
