About the role

Join a cutting‑edge global HR team at JERA Nex bp, a joint venture focused on offshore wind. As an Interim Talent Development Partner you will help build enterprise‑wide talent, succession and performance frameworks to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of global talent and succession planning frameworks.
• Identify critical roles, capability risks and succession priorities across the organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders to build sustainable talent pipelines and design talent review processes.
• Support design and rollout of the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with development and reward outcomes.
• Implement SuccessFactors talent and performance capabilities.
• Design and deliver leadership development and organisational capability initiatives.
• Lead talent‑related transformation activities as part of the broader People roadmap.
• Support employer branding and attraction strategies for critical capability areas.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development and organisational capability within complex international matrix organisations.
• Proven experience developing and implementing talent and succession frameworks.
• Experience supporting performance management transformation.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution capability and programme delivery skills.
