Internal Sales Administrator – Customer Service & Order Management

About the role

Join a growing organisation in Luton as an Internal Sales Administrator. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring orders are processed accurately while delivering a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email.
• Process and manage customer orders from quotation to delivery.
• Produce quotations and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Monitor deliveries, provide order updates and resolve any issues.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee efficient order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records, update internal systems and generate reports.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and communications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, internal sales support or account coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
