International Employee Relations Consultant – HR

About the role

Join CoStar Group’s International HR team as an Employee Relations Consultant, supporting a diverse set of countries across Europe and Asia. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding business leaders and HR partners through complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance management, redundancy, consultation and termination processes.
• Lead collective and individual consultation processes, ensuring legal compliance and best‑practice standards.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal and business leaders to manage risk and support decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver clear, pragmatic guidance aligned with local employment law requirements and company policies.
• Maintain consistent, fair people practices across the International region (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Singapore, China, Japan, Indonesia).

Required profile

• Significant experience handling complex employee relations cases in multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation in the countries covered.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
