International Tax Broker – London

About the role

We are seeking an International Tax Broker to join a leading independent insurance broker in London. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s tax insurance and contingent risk offering across Europe, with particular emphasis on Italy and the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the tax insurance practice in new international markets.
• Leverage existing relationships with private equity, real estate, legal and accounting firms to generate new business.
• Identify and create commercial opportunities that align with client needs.
• Collaborate with the firm’s existing broking teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle.

Required profile

• Background in tax advisory, transactions, warranties & indemnities (W&I) or a related field.
• International experience with useful language skills, especially Italian or German.
• Established network across private equity, real estate, legal or accounting markets.
• Commercial instinct and confidence to create and capture opportunities.
• Motivation to help build a growing international practice.
• Previous broking experience is not essential; technical credibility and relationship building are key.
