IT Service Manager – Agile (Hybrid, £85k + bonus)

About the role

We are seeking a senior IT Service Manager to join a global financial organisation undergoing an Agile transformation. The role is permanent, hybrid (2 days in the office per week) and based in London, with flexibility to work from Guildford or Birmingham as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service management across major incidents, problems, changes and supplier relationships.
• Act as a trusted senior partner to business leaders, translating strategy into long‑term IT service outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and drive stakeholder engagement across senior IT and business audiences.
• Support the Agile transformation programme by embedding Agile practices within service management processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement of ITSM processes and service quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• Proven track record in incident, problem and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and run workshops.
