Junior Designer – Digital Healthcare

About the role

Digitas Health is looking for a Junior Designer to join its London team. You will help create impactful, intelligent communications that improve the experience of healthcare across digital platforms. This role offers the chance to work on real‑world projects for leading health brands, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support creative and design leads on a variety of projects, contributing to a high‑quality design process.
• Take visual design concepts from early ideas through to final delivery for web, mobile, content and campaign assets.
• Produce clear, thoughtful designs grounded in strong typography, colour, layout and accessibility principles.
• Translate written or sketched ideas into polished, presentation‑ready visuals.
• Present design concepts confidently to team members and stakeholders.
• Iterate and refine work based on feedback to achieve the best possible outcome.

Required profile

• Experience working as a Designer within an agency or cross‑disciplinary team.
• Strong visual design sensibility with an understanding of responsive, mobile‑first and multi‑channel design.
• Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback and meet project deadlines.
